Session Description

The Supreme Court’s recent term once again featured a number of prominent decisions related to issues from redistricting to the “Chevron” doctrine that requires courts to defer to administrative agencies’ interpretations of statutes. In this roundtable a panel of experts will examine the major cases decided by the Court and look ahead to the Court’s upcoming term.
