Session Description
The mass media has always played an important role in forming political culture and community, reinforcing myths and beliefs that bring often diverse people's together. The shift to online and social media information consumption has continues this trend, allowing for greater interactivity and participation. The papers in this panel examine this broad theme from a number of angles.
