Session Description
This panel consists of two sets of papers within democratic theory. The first concerns democratic administration, and the role of the President and deliberation within it. The second focuses on constitutional matters, specifically the use of eternity clauses in defending democracy and the pros and cons of failing to meet constitutional guarantees.
