Session Description
This panel explores issues in constitutionalism from a range of national contexts, including Germany, Latin America, and the U.S. The papers explore issue such as constitutional legitimacy, judges v. democracy, executive power, federalism, constitutional history and development. The papers utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods to explore these themes.
