Session Submission Type: Panel Session
This panel shares four perspectives on contemporary antisemitism and its effects on Jewish life. The first paper attempts to describe the state of antisemitism research in Europe. The second paper assesses the complexity of Jewish identity at a time of rising antisemitism. The third paper examines the relationship between experiences of antisemitism and mental health and Jewish collective well-being. The fourth paper uses national sample surveys to reflect on the potential relationship between antisemitism and attitudes toward Israel.
